Louisville Tile is seeking a Design Consultant/Customer Service Representative for our Minneapolis branch. The Design Consultant/Customer Service Representative provides design services to customers, enters and manages orders, and coordinates general business activities and the needs of Louisville Tile's clients through courteous and timely service. Serves as the first point of contact for clients, setting the tone of the Louisville Tile experience with new and existing customers. This role also serves as a Customer Service Representative. A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for maintaining and building relationships with customers. They are responsible for providing customer service in person and over the phone for order entry, inquiries, claims, requests, and providing information about products and services. They are also knowledge experts on the installation process and ancillary products to assist customers with technical advice and product recommendations. CSRs may also be responsible for upselling products and services and meeting sales targets. Strong communication and customer service skills, as well as experience in a similar role, are typically required for this position. This is a full time M - F, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm position.
