College Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors---We're Looking For You!Fenix Group SPC in Minnetonka, MN is seeking to hire a part-time, paid, Human Resources Co-Op for the Fall/Winter Semester of 2022 to assist with a variety of daily HR tasks including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee engagement. About Fenix Group SPCAt Fenix Group, our mission is to transform, enhance, and protect surfaces. We manufacture specialty paints, coatings, and decorative concrete products for a variety of industrial, construction, and contractor markets across our four nationwide locations. A Day in the Life of the Human Resources Co-OpThis will be a great opportunity to gain hands on HR experience working with our Human Resources Generalist. A typical day will include reviewing new candidates for our job postings, completing onboarding sessions with new hires, entering new hire benefits enrollments with the carriers, reviewing timecards for payroll, assisting with employee relations events, and answering basic employee and manager questions. What You'll Need to be Successful at Fenix Group SPCAt least a sophomore in college pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or similar fieldThe ability to work onsite at our Minnetonka, MN office between 10-20 hours each week.
