As a Shift Lead, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers are satisfied with our services. In addition, you'll have the chance to work closely with our team of dedicated shoppers, helping them with questions and providing guidance as needed. You'll also be responsible for conducting quality checks of orders to ensure our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.We're looking for a team player who is dependable, punctual, and highly responsive. You should be tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new tools. As a Shift Lead, you'll be wearing multiple hats in this position, so you can expect a lot of variety in your day-to-day.
