Bank’s People Analytics & HR Data Governance and Strategy team is
seeking an Analytics professional with a focus on I/O Psychology to
support enterprise-wide employee listening programs and apply
scientific rigor to workforce insights. This role will blend
psychological expertise with advanced analytics to design and
evolve programs that capture the voice of our workforce, inform
strategic decisions, and drive measurable improvements in employee
experience. You will partner with HR leaders, Talent Consultants,
and cross-functional teams to reimagine engagement and lifecycle
surveys, implement evidence-based methodologies, and leverage
cutting-edge technologies (AI, predictive analytics) to drive value
for USBank’s employees. ________________________________________
Key Responsibilities • Content Support the evolution of the
engagement survey strategy by developing and analyzing content
(e.g., question design) and by informing the continuous improvement
of lifecycle surveys (onboarding, exit) and pulse mechanisms. •
Apply Scientific Rigor to employee lifecycle surveys o Develop
psychometrically sound survey instruments and evaluation
frameworks. o Conduct mixed-methods research to address critical
business questions. • Analytics & Insights o Translate complex data
into actionable insights for senior leaders. o Use predictive
analytics to identify drivers of engagement, retention, and
performance. • Innovation & Technology o Explore emerging
technologies insight/outside of USBank’s product ecosystem (AI,
NLP, machine learning) to enhance listening programs. • Governance
& Compliance o Partner with HR Data Governance to ensure ethical,
compliant data practices. • Consulting & Change Leadership o Serve
as a thought leader on shaping employee experience and guiding
change management. o Collaborate with Learning & Development on
training and enablement. ________________________________________
Core Skills & Competencies • Psychometric Expertise: Survey design,
validation, and advanced statistical analysis. • Data Fluency:
Proficiency in R, Python, SPSS, SQL; experience with visualization
tools (Power BI,). • Research Design: Ability to execute
experimental and quasi-experimental studies. • People Analytics
Mindset: Strong understanding of workforce data and organizational
behavior. • Communication & Influence: Skilled in storytelling,
executive presentations, and stakeholder engagement. • Project
Leadership: Ability to manage complex, multi-phase initiatives.

Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational
Psychology (preferred). • Experience: 5 years in employee research,
engagement programs, or HR analytics. • Preferred: Experience with
AI-driven analytics, predictive modeling, and large-scale survey
programs. Location Expectations This role requires working from a

to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package,

eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $119,765.00 - $140,900.00
