Will work with customers to identify technical problems
Will be 60-70% ticketing system, 20% phone, 10% email
If problem is unsolvable they will escalate to higher levels of
1,000ish tickets per month, could be more on releases, etc.

Familiarization with computers
Utilize MS suite for system
Will train them on all systems (2 weeks training time)
