studies which include reviewing, forecasting, trending, and
presenting information for operational and business planning!
Support short and long term operational/strategic business
activities - by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational
information and models. Also develop and implement
effective/strategic business solutions through research and
analysis of data and business processes You'll enjoy the
flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you
take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the work flow of all projects
- Interact with customers both internal and external to gather
project requirements and act as liaison between customer and design
team
- Simultaneously lead several complex projects with varied,
multiple deliverables, team members and audiences requiring ongoing
prioritization and relationship management
- Communicate job status information to all team members
- Promote smooth workflow and communication between
departments
- Create and manage timelines for all projects
- Ensure workflow progresses efficiently and projects/staff are
organized as priorities shift
- Maintain job tracking and time keeping database
- Maintain and update project status report and run weekly status
meetings
- Help enhance and improve department processes
- Communicate consolidated project milestones and deliverables
for readiness
- The ability to generate detailed project status reporting
(including critical path impact, dependencies, milestones,
resources, cost, work breakdown structures, etc).
- The ability to work in a matrix environment across cross
functional teams
- Workflow design, implementation and management experience
- Solid negotiation skills
- Comfortable leading client facing discussions
- Ability to produce results in a highly dynamic and formative

Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience with HL7 interface design and proficient
with system architecture diagrams
- 2+ years of IT Technical Project Management experience
- 2+ years of experience working with all aspects of the System
Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- 3+ years of experience data gathering/analysis and writing
system requirements
- Ability to travel up to 50% Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration
or related field
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Proficient with SQL Server
- Proficient with CloverLeaf
- Proficient with Gap Analysis
- MS Project experience
- MS Visio experience
- Experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and
/ or evaluation of business processes
- Working knowledge of relational databases and database

Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100
to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada/New York City
residents is $90,500 to $161,600. Pay is based on several factors
including but not limited to education, work experience,
certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group
