This position is responsible for the technical execution like design, development, testing, and deployment of IT solutions. In addition to that focus on the end to end delivery of portfolio / program and projects by leading the People, Process and Technology:

• People - Work closely with partners (Business Integration, Business Intelligence Reporting & Analytics, Quality Assurance, Production Operations, Infrastructure, Data Architecture, Development and IT Operations to ensure the end to end delivery. Build relationship within technology and business partners and lead a team of developers including contract workforce. Own the accountability and hold others accountable for delivering a total solution.
• Process - Leverage a process to provide a low cost high value solution by formulating and ensuring adherence to standard architecture, design, development and quality assurance methodology. Maintain a transparent communication channel and provide updates to management and leadership by publishing metrics on projects (velocity, burn rate, and capacity planning and demand management). Manage critical technical projects. Negotiate upstream / downstream SLA / OLA, document and execute them. Mature the support of new development initiatives, and work with Development Operations team in operationalizing them. Lead the build of solutions in compliance with the Business principles (Organizational Consensus, Data Integrity, Implementation Efficiency, User Friendliness and Operational Efficiency), Scalability and Compliance with IT standards.
• Technology - Evaluate tools, techniques used in project development and propose ongoing improvements which will ensure smooth delivery of the initiatives. ETL, InformaticaQualifications: -
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field, plus 7 years of work experience beyond degree - This position is a Hub role, which requires an employee to occasionally come onsite to the designated office - Minnetonka - - for applicable heads-up work. Frequency is determined by business need as decided by leadership. Experience managing and delivering complex data development initiatives and managing small development team.Strong implementation experience and deep knowledge in any one of the following three areas and knowledge of the other 2 areas at a minimum. Implementation experience in all the 3 areas preferred: ETL, Data Integration, Data Governance and Data QualityDemonstrated ability to have successfully completed multiple, complex technical projects and create high-level design and architecture of the solution, including class, sequence and deployment infrastructure diagrams.Take ownership of technical solutions from design and architecture perspective for projects in presales phase as well as on-going projects.Deep knowledge of the strategic business drivers and operational process requirements within at least one industry such as Health Insurance, Financial services, High Tech, Pharmaceuticals, Insurance, or similar industry. Must be able to link industry specific business requirements to EDM capability requirements.Experience with conceptualization, design and assistance in the implementation of new and existing systems, middleware, MDM, metadata, data quality, data warehouse and production architecturesProficiency in SQL and Oracle PL/SQL is required - 5+ years preferred.Experience in healthcare environment - 2-5 years preferred.Informatica (5+ years) or other ETL (DataStage, Ab Initio, open source) experience (8+) years is required.Business Intelligence / Data Warehousing methodology is required (5+ years).Knowledge in SAS programming is a plus.In depth experience and knowledge in ETL / ELT, performance tuning and designing optimized integration systems.Extensive experience in creating integration process for Enterprise Data Warehouse.Advanced knowledge of SQL, database performance, RDBMS, and Query tools.Extensive experience with Health Care Data domain knowledge and process preferred.In depth experience in running data initiatives using agile methodology preferred.Certification in Agile methodology and ITIL foundations is a plus.Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
