In other words, you share our corporate values - passion, work ethic, teamwork, integrity, and ownership mindset.ResponsibilitiesProvides administrative support to the General Counsel, including project management, task and project pipeline tracking, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, invoice and expense reimbursement processing, word processing, document management, and corporate and quality assurance.Assists with document conversion and clean-up; creates and revises legal documents while adhering to styles and guidelines.Supports private subsidiary/entity template creation, file management, scheduling, data processing, and management of all legal entities.Organizes real estate closing activities, as needed, under the direction of the General Counsel.Coordinates document signing and delivery of signed documents to the appropriate parties. Schedules and coordinates meetings; take meeting minutes, project notes, and action item lists.Creates department update presentations, as well as any presentations requested by the General Counsel. Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree preferredHigh School Degree or GED2+ years prior experience as a legal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role for a law firm or corporate legal department preferred.Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.Must be organized, detail oriented and have good time management skillsComputer skills: Microsoft Work, Excel, OneNote and OutlookExceptional communication skills and ability to interact with wide range of people.Ability to work a flexible schedule, understanding that your scheduled workdays may vary according to staffing and department needs.Entrepreneurial ownership mindset -makes smart decisions for business, puts clients and teammates first, collaborative, inquisitive, self-motivated, and operates on trust (not fear).High integrity - trusted, direct, truthful.
