As a Warehouse Associate / Packager , you’ll play a key role in preparing products for shipment, managing inventory, and ensuring customers receive perfectly packaged, high?quality orders. What You’ll Do Package and prepare products for final shipment using detailed work instructions Move, stage, and organize materials to support production and shipping Assemble and package products with accuracy and care Receive incoming items, stock inventory, and create shipping orders Process outgoing shipments with major carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.) Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Support team operations with additional tasks as needed What We’re Looking For Experience in packaging, order picking, and RF scanner use Familiarity with labeling software, SAP, or ERP systems Understanding of shipping processes and logistics Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently Strong attention to detail and accuracy Why You’ll Love Working Here Competitive pay with weekly paychecks Real career growth opportunities within a global company Modern, climate?controlled warehouse with clean, organized work areas ? The facility is structured, efficient, and collaborative — with clearly defined departments to keep workflows smooth and organized. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Savage, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
