Job Description:
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking
dedicated Assemblers, Machine Operators and Material Handlers to
join their team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong
attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a
proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the
organization. Job Title: Assembly, Machine Operator & Material
Handler Location: Turtle Lake, WI Pay Range: $15 - $20.40/hr Shift:
1st (5:30a-3:30p, Mon-THur), 2nd (3p-11p, Mon-Fri), AM (7a-7p,
2-2-3 rotating schedule) or PM (7p-7a, 2-2-3 rotating schedule)
What's the Job? Assemble components accurately and efficiently
according to specifications Operate and monitor machinery to ensure
optimal performance Perform quality checks on finished products to
maintain high standards Move products using pallet jacks and
sometimes forklifts Ensure departments have materials they need for
production What's Needed? Ability to work in a fast-paced
manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and manual
dexterity Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to
