Job Description Job Description Position Title: Sr. Supply Chain
Analyst Pay Range: $95,000-$105,000 This position is in office, not
hybrid, not remote What You’ll Do The Senior Supply Chain Analyst
owns supply chain analytics and performance insights, translating
data into actionable improvement initiatives. This role leads and
supports cross-functional efforts that improve inventory health,
material availability, sourcing resilience, and overall system and
process effectiveness, while operating in alignment with the

reports to the Head of Procurement. Analytics and Reporting Develop
and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards and reports
covering: Inventory performance and inventory health Vendor
performance and supplier scorecards Internal procurement KPIs
Material availability and service levels Ensure data accuracy,
integrity, and relevance across ERP and MRP systems, demonstrating
Integrity and Competence in data stewardship Perform trend
analysis, variance analysis, and root-cause analysis to drive
fact-based decision-making and measurable Results Insight to Action
Translate analytical findings into clear, practical insights and
recommendations that support informed decision-making and sustained
Results Partner with buyers and cross-functional business partners
with Collaboration and Open-Mindedness to identify gaps, challenge
assumptions, and define corrective actions Track performance
improvement initiatives and measure outcomes over time, reinforcing
accountability and continuous learning Continuous Improvement
Leadership Lead and support cross-functional improvement
initiatives, including: Inventory optimization, including MRP
parameters, safety stock, and excess and obsolete inventory
reduction ERP and MRP process discipline and master data
maintenance Material availability improvement and supply risk
mitigation Reduction and elimination of single-source dependencies
Facilitate structured problem-solving sessions and continuous
improvement workshops with Confidence and respect for diverse
perspectives Support and apply standard improvement methodologies
such as Lean, Kaizen, and PDCA to build organizational Competence
and deliver sustainable improvements Process, SOPs, and Training
Partner with Procurement and Supply Chain stakeholders to define,
document, and maintain SOPs and work instructions using Signavio,
ensuring clarity, consistency, and Integrity in execution Identify
process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for standardization
through a mindset of Open-Mindedness and continuous improvement
Support training, communication, and rollout of new or updated
procedures to build team capability and confidence Ensure adoption
and compliance through follow-up, measurement, and feedback loops
that reinforce accountability and results What You Bring Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations,
Engineering, Analytics, or a related field required Master’s degree
or advanced certification preferred but not required Experience 5–8
years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement,
operations, or a related analytical role, preferably within a
manufacturing environment Demonstrated experience owning and
delivering supply chain analytics, KPIs, and performance reporting
Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and lead
improvement initiatives across functions Technical and Analytical
Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the
ability to perform trend, variance, and root-cause analysis
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot
tables, and data modeling 5 years experience with SAP, including
data integrity, planning parameters, and master data governance
Experience developing dashboards and reports using BI tools such as
Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms Working knowledge of
inventory optimization concepts, including safety stock, lead time
variability, and excess and obsolete inventory management Process
and Continuous Improvement Experience supporting or leading
continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as
Lean, Kaizen, PDCA, or similar frameworks Ability to document and
standardize processes, SOPs, and work instructions Experience
supporting training, change management, and process adoption across
teams Communication and Collaboration Strong written and verbal
communication skills with the ability to present data-driven
insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with procurement,
operations, planning, manufacturing, and finance Confidence to
challenge assumptions constructively and influence decisions
