Description:Review claims to ensure proper information is on the claim to complete processing based on the SOPsRequest documentation to finalize claimIdentify contract specific situations and manually calculate contract benefits using pricing and out-of-pocket procedures.Process claims in adherence with policies, procedures, and other applicable rules as well as claims quality and production standardsSkills:Claim, Claims processing, Insurance, Health insurance, Health care, Medical, HipaaTop Skills Details:2 years Healthcare Experience preferredEducation Level: High School Degree or equivalent with two years or more post-secondary preferred1-2 years Claims Processing Experience preferred (Not claims examining or auditing)Test scores for basic ExcelAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Prior healthcare related experience in a payer or medical office/facility environmentMicrosoft suite (Word, Outlook, Basic Excel)Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignmentsAbility to work independently and seek solutions to problemsPrioritization skills in order to schedule work to meet deadlinesWell-developed analytical skills to evaluate and determine the appropriate course of actionExperience Level:Entry Level About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
