Remarks: At COMPANY, the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) is a critical leader in a fast-growing organization who will provide strategic direction and practical oversight in the assessment and management of risk across Legal, Compliance & Security, as well as Human Resources. An attorney by trade, the CAO will serve as in-house counsel and will act as a liaison with regulatory bodies and third-party contractors. The CAO is responsible for establishing standards and implementing policy to ensure that internal programs throughout the organization are effective and efficient in identifying, preventing, and correcting noncompliance with both policy and industry regulation. The CAO has to provide reasonable assurance to senior leadership and our customers that policies and procedures are effective, efficient, well understood and followed by all employees & contractors, and that the company is complying with all regulatory requirements. Additionally, as the HR leader, the CAO will ensure that the organization is attracting, retaining, and developing the best possible talent to exceed client expectations.
