The Lead Flow & Delivery Team, as part of UHC Government Programs Sales & Distribution, is dedicated to routing leads to the right sales resource to ensure capacity, maximize sales and optimize agent and customer experience. The Associate Director leads the LFD team in overseeing the delivery of leads for inbound, outbound, and other sales engagements.

Key work includes developing, overseeing, delivering and reporting on strategy across UHC's product portfolio to achieve goals to optimize sales efficiency and effectiveness. The Associate Director provides perspective, thought leadership, guidance and professional expertise, while communicating a deep understanding of business goals, objectives and metrics.

Through leadership and influence, the Associate Director works with cross-functional teams and leadership to fully manage and represent this space while guiding the core functional needs.

A successful candidate will be high on the CLL practices of Engaging with Leaders, Fostering Innovation, Critical Thinking, Collaborating, Communicating Effectively, Creating High-Performing Teams, Technical and Functional Skills and Using Resources.

The preferred location for this position is Minnetonka, MN. Telecommuters will also be considered. You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within United States as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support the strategic direction of UHC business initiatives. Interface with leadership to communicate known process gaps and vulnerabilities, status updates, and the story behind the results. Gain alignment to set priorities for the Lead Flow & Delivery team
  • Oversee a team of program managers and analysts in the day-to-day of aligning with cross-functional stakeholders and business leaders to run outbound sales campaigns and handle inbound call volume
  • Assess team's capacity, translate demand into timelines/deliverables, and reveal resource constraints with proposed solutions, coaching, and effectiveness
  • Develop workarounds and influence corrections to normalize and optimize business processes
  • Ad-hoc reporting and analysis to understand trends, troubleshoot, enhance capabilities and make corrections
  • Maintain relationships with cross-functional partners across Sales, Operations, Marketing, IT, Legal, Product, and more to understand enterprise needs and influence results

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on B2B or B2C marketing or sales experience, preferably in healthcare industry
  • 3+ years managing campaigns and tracking metrics / KPI's
  • 3+ years project or program management, with focus in coordinating multiple resources and managing against timelines and budgets
  • 3+ years demonstrated management stakeholder and/or cross-functional teams
  • Experience gathering, analyzing, and communicating complex information
  • Proven experience in data analysis or business intelligence
  • Professional verbal and written communication with experience presenting to C- suite level leaders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of OMNI channel (Phone, Chat, Outbound, Social media, email) support
  • 1+ years managing, supervising or leading a team
  • Knowledge of call center operations
  • Experience with Medicare
  • Business Intelligence reporting tools experience (QlikView, QlikSense, Tableau), or a strong willingness to learn
  • Sales account management experience

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $94,500 to $171,700.
