Fenix Group SPC in Minnetonka, MN is seeking to hire a full-time Customer Service Support Coordinator to support our customer service team with creating and closing production batch tickets and to serve as a back up for our customer service representatives.

A Day in the Life of the Customer Service Support Coordinator

You will spend your day creating and closing batch tickets for our manufacturing process using an ERP system; maintaining inventory for key products; processing customer orders and verifying availability and pricing via phone or email, including confirming order with field sales representatives; providing customers with order and delivery updates; and serving as a back up to our Customer Service team.

What You'll Need to be Successful at Fenix Group SPC

At a minimum, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of related experience
  • A passionate and positive can do attitude, willingness to learn, to teach, and to be a change agent within the company.
  • An ability to work within a team environment and help the team become better
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
  • Effective communication skills
