The Service Coordinator is responsible for completing the intake
process, educating clients and their representatives. Managing a
full caseload of clients with high level of customer service.
Meet with clients and their representatives to complete the intake
process, review consumer support plans (CSPs) from the county and
initiate services with Accra Consumer Choice.
Monitor and document service delivery on an on-going basis.

4-year degree required with at least 1-year experience working with
individuals with developmental and/or intellectual
Experience working with Waivered Services and/or PCA is a plus
Ability to organize and prioritize
Ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously while maintaining
strong attention to detail
Maintain a high standard of professional courtesy, flexibility,
confidentiality while working in a fast-paced office environment,
independently and as a team member.
Advanced skills in the use of office technology, including MS
Office Suite with advanced skills in Word Excel and Outlook
Valid driver's license and must pass a background check
