Customer Support & Training - Minnesota, US Description As part of the Expanse Implementation team for Conversions, you will work with implementation customers to facilitate and support data conversions from their existing software to Expanse. The Conversion Specialist is responsible for running conversion routines, webinar training, and phone support in order to facilitate successful conversions throughout the implementation process. - You will be working closely with the Specialists and Supervisors assigned to the accounts as well as the Project Managers. This is a position with high visibility due to the importance conversions carry in order to keep the customer on schedule to meet their LIVE date. As a member of our Client Services team, your job would involve:

• Serving as the point person for designated Conversions
• Creating individualized timelines and guiding customers through all steps of the conversion process
• Configuring testing platforms, copying dictionaries and settings, running and monitoring the conversions, troubleshooting errors and working with programmers as necessary
• Holding weekly/bi-weekly conversion status calls and/or webinars with customers
• Updating conversion spreadsheets including readiness assessment documents, and providing status reports -
• Communicating conversion status, escalations, and go live plans to MEDITECH staff and customers
• Coordinating layered testing with all applications What You Should Have
  • Bachelor's or associate degree preferred and/or 2-3 years of applicable work or military experience
  • Experience with hospital workflow and Electronic Health Records preferred
