ownership mindset.ResponsibilitiesAs a Sr. Administrative
Assistant, you provide high-level administrative assistance and
support to the administrative team and assigned employees. In a
given day, your tasks may include:
- Proactive in anticipating the needs of the office and team
members by solving challenges before they become a problem.
- Support the front office and staff by managing calendars, daily
schedules, completing research, and performing any errands as
requested.
- Organize travel with a detailed itinerary, preparations,
etc.
- Generate documents and complete filing while following
organizational standards
- Assist in completing office grocery orders and placing weekly
food orders.
- Assist with special projects such as departmental or company
events, offsite meetings, and team-building events.
- Conducts ongoing needs analysis and tactfully identifies
opportunities for process improvements.
- Maintains a good working relationship with staff and
managers.
- Successfully handles a high volume of work and balances
priorities to meet established deadlines.
- Performs additional project work and other duties as
assigned.
- Generates documents while following the organization's
standards.
- Other duties as assigned. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, One Note, Outlook,
PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, customer
service skills, ability to interact with a wide range of people,
and maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented and have good time
management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, understanding that your
scheduled workdays may vary according to staffing and company
needs.
