  • Respond to end user request for support and services
  • Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems
  • Set-up new employee systems including phone and computer
  • Monitor and respond to system alerts
  • Performs general maintenance tasks
  • Maintain all aspects of our network, server, and systemsWhat Morrie's Offers:

      • College or technical degree in IT related field-Preferred
      • Experience in a helpdesk environment
      • Strong team-centric communication skills : including a high level of customer service
      • Thorough understanding of Windows environments, stand-alone and in-network
      • Experience in Microsoft 365. -DNS, Group Policy and Active Directory a plus
      • Ability to maintain a level of professionalism and confidentiality in sensitive situations.
      • Verbal and written communication skills
      • Professional personal presentation
