Job Description:

We strive to create a first-class experience for our customers and as the Customer Experience Specialist you will focus on relationship management during and after the dealership experience.

Communication is the key to success and this position is focused on the detail of communication and follow-up. When issues arise, proper follow up, resolution and follow through are critical to preserving the sales & service experience, and this position is vital to that effort.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Work with Sales & Service operations to drive accountability for customer engagement and satisfaction
* Ensure monthly dealership CSI is achieved by improving customer relationship and satisfaction
* Review CSI surveys and monitor alerts on daily basis and throughout the day
* Drive customer feedback efforts with new and existing customers by phone, email and text regarding their dealership experience
* Follow up with customer experience issues and complaints, adhering to our resolution process
* Follow up with Customers to drive CSI survey returns
* Analyze survey scores and comments to identify strengths and opportunities to develop a strategy to improve the customer experience
* Work with department managers to drive accountability
* Other duties as directed by the general management

Qualifications

Qualifications:

* Customer Service / Call Center experience: 1 year required
* Retail Sales - any industry: 1 year preferred
* Strong phone & computer skills and the ability to learn customer management relationship software
* Enthusiastic, energetic, and dynamic personalities who like working with others
* A problem solver that doesn't get easily discouraged
* Competitive, self-motivated and not afraid of hard work
* Maintain professional business attire and appearance
* Must have a valid driver's license and able to pass background check
