ownership mindset.ResponsibilitiesThe role of the Operations
Coordinator is to provide administrative and project management
support to the Operations department. Organizes and manages
projects, as needed, under the direction of the VP of Property
Management. Provides direct assistance to the VP of Property
Management by monitoring email inbox, scheduling calendar time
blocks, submitting credit card receipts, tracking mileage,
returning voicemails, maintaining re-occurring calendar invites,
and booking travel.Provides direct assistance to the Chief
Financial Officer by monitoring email inbox, submitting credit card
receipts, and scheduling meetings. Provides administrative support
and special project assistance to the Regional Managers, Compliance
and Yardi teams. Submits work orders in Yardi following site
visits. Prepares Property Management Agreements for
signatures.Stays abreast to changes and manages compliance of state
property management requirements and licensures.Assists in
completion of development related checklists. Schedules and
coordinates meetings; take meeting minutes, project notes, action
item lists; facilitates and monitors follow-up through
completion.Updates and maintains Property List accurately and
timely. Coordinates document signing and delivery of signed
documents to the appropriate parties. Creates department update
presentations, as well as any presentations requested by the VP of
Property Management.Creates LinkedIn content and posts for VP of
Property Management. Tracks and manages specific tasks pertinent to
lease-up projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferredHigh School Degree or GED2+ years in a
professional office environmentDemonstrated general knowledge of
Property Management desired\Strong interpersonal, oral and written
communication skills.Computer skills: Microsoft Work, Excel,
OneNote and Outlook, Yardi, Visa ClarityExceptional communication
skills and ability to interact with wide range of people.Must be
organized, detail oriented and have good time management
skills.Ability to clearly and concisely communication with a
positive and professional demeanor.Ability to work a flexible
schedule, understanding that your scheduled workdays may vary
according to staffing and department needs.Entrepreneurial
