challenges.Primary Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the CDOs to understand pain points that exist
today as it relates to their EMR journey
- Scope includes leading and driving efforts to maximize EMR
registration and overall utilization with a hyper-focus on patient
online scheduling
- Partner with other organizations to define and roll-out best
practices, as appropriat.
- Define KPIs to evaluate performance month over month and course
correct as needed
- Act as the Optum Health leader to prepare for senior leader
updates as well as other material preparation
- Define vision and strategy as scope increases across care
delivery organizations
- Own not only technology/tool enhancement recommendations but
also operational changesYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your

in.Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business/technology, marketing, or
equivalent experiences
- 6+ years of progressive experience in the Healthcare
industry
- 5+ years working with major EMR systems (Epic, Allscripts,
Athena, etc)
- 4+ years of progressive Program Management experience including
ownership of large/complex programs that are cross-functional
and/or enterprise in scope
- Experience managing deliverables in a matrixed
environment--
- Proven analytical skills
- Demonstrated collaboration skills and proven ability to
influence leadership and teams to drive toward collective
solutions
- Demonstrated knowledge of the healthcare industry
- Proven ability to execute against large projectsCareers with

range for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York,
Rhode Island or Washington residents is $101,200 to $184,000. Pay
is based on several factors including but not limited to education,
work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary,
