Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for aMachinistto join our manufacturing team in the Equipment group in Minnetonka on1st shift! Enjoy getting off of work every day at 2 PM! Hours are:Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:00 pm withoptionalovertime andpaid breaks and a $2,000 sign-on bonus!

The CNCMachinistis responsible for maintaining the production and quality of all the production machines in the machine shop. This person is also responsible for writing and updating set-up procedures.





Responsibilities:

These duties and responsibilities are not exhaustive and will be supplemented as necessary.

Must be able to make set-ups inall equipment, including CNC with no supervision.

Must have strong knowledge in all aspects of production machining.

Must be consistent in following standard work instructions and properly machine products as defined by blueprints.

Must show leadership in safety and health programs. Practice safe work habits to keep accidents from happening.

Must keep their work area clean and orderly and maintain a high level of quality of parts machined.

Responsible for meeting production standards and achieving daily requirements.

Responsible for the upkeep of their machines (oiling, chip removal, tooling, etc.).

Must be knowledgeable on CNC programs and modify CNC programs as needed.



Qualifications / Requirements:

-Applied Science degree in Machine Tool Technology or equivalent duration of work experience

-CNC Machinist experience

-Extensive blueprint reading capabilities + ability to make all setups and programming of machining on your own



Desired Qualifications:

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
