Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Machinist to join our manufacturing team in the Equipment group in Minnetonka on 1st shift! Enjoy getting off of work every day at 2 PM! Hours are: Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:00 pm with optional overtime and paid breaks! The CNC Machinist is responsible for maintaining the production and quality of all the production machines in the machine shop. Note, we use tried and true equipment which requires more know-how than normal. This person is also responsible for writing and updating set-up procedures which are critical for efficient operations. Responsibilities:

Performs all set-ups in all equipment, including CNC with no supervision
Must have strong knowledge in all aspects of production machining
Needs proficent programming experience
Must be consistent in following standard work instructions and properly machine products as defined by blueprints
Must show leadership in safety and health programs
Must keep their work area clean and orderly and maintain a high level of quality of parts machined
Responsible for meeting production standards and achieving daily requirements and responsible for the upkeep of machines (oiling, chip removal, tooling, etc.). Qualifications / Requirements:
Applied Science degree in Machine Tool Technology or equivalent duration of work experience
CNC Machinist experience - Must be knowledgeable on CNC programs and modify CNC programs as needed.
Extensive blueprint reading capabilities + ability to make all setups and programming of machining on your own Desired Qualifications:
