Come join our awesome team as a Residential Counselor at Children's Residential Treatment Center in Minnetonka. We are offering a generous sign-on bonus of $500!
Shift Details: FT or PT available - 2-5 shifts per week
Schedule: (8 hour shifts)Days: 7am-3pmEvenings: 2pm-10pmOvernights: 10pm-7am Plus every other weekend and Thursdays from 8:30am-11:30am for team meetings.
Compensation: $19/hr plus $1/hr shift premium for overnights and weekends! Potential for wage increases every six months with positive performance.
About the job:Children's Residential Treatment Center (CRTC) provides intensive residential treatment, in a secure setting, for severely emotionally disturbed children and adolescents.

    Required Qualifications
    
    •

      Must be 21 years of age or older
      
      
    • 
      A current and valid Driver's license with minimal violations on record
      
      
    • 
      Experience with adolescents in residential/hospital setting preferred
      
      
    • 
      Must pass criminal background checks
      
      
    • 
      Strong desire to work with children and adolescents experiencing mental health, behavioral, and/or chemical health concerns
