This role supports broker agents, individual and group retiree consumers and members.This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (8:00am - 8:00pm CST). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.Our office is located at -Miami: 1000 Waterford - 1000 NW 57th Court Miami, FL 33126; -Minnetonka: 9800 HEALTH CARE Minnetonka MN 55343; -Phoenix: 4425 E COTTON CTR BLVD Phoenix, AZ 85040; -De Pere: 2020 INNOVATION CT De Pere, WI 54115. -Employees will be required to work 2 days onsite and 3 days from homeWe offer 1 month of paid training. The hours during training will be 8am to 4:30pm CST. Training will be conducted onsite. -*All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy.Primary Responsibilities:

• Support inbound call volume with potential for occasional outbound.
• Conduct accurate needs assessment; generate leads to optimal sales channel
• Flexible and ability to adapt to assigned inbound, outbound, or special projects/campaigns to support year-round business needs.
• Use knowledge of Medicare product portfolio -to accurately assess the distinct needs of different -prospects, explain the differences between various products and assist the prospect member in selecting a product that best meets their unique needs.
• Accurately and thoroughly complete and submit required enrollment documentation, consistent with Medicare requirements and enrollment guidelines. -
• Meet and maintain requirements for agent licensure, appointments, and annual product certification.You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • 1+ years customer service/sales experience
  • Ability to obtain within 6 months, health and insurance license
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Korean
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office including Microsoft Outlook

      • Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
      • Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet serviceSoft Skills
        • Available to work any assigned shift within the hours of operation.
        • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
        • Comfortable navigating between multiple computer systems running concurrently to search and share information with the consumer. -
        • Flexible to workflow changes and alter course when appropriate.
        • Open to coaching and development.
        • Able to successfully field inbound and outbound calling campaigns.
