Review long, detailed documents (sometimes 200+ pages).
Analyze contract terms and how they fit together.
Use legal or contract knowledge to spot key details.
Work with commercial banking agreements.
Qualifications:
Contract and document review experience.
Experience working on B2B OR Commercial Banking Agreements roles
experience preffered.
Not seeking paralegals necessarily, but people who are used to
contracts and document review.
