The Marketing Operations Analyst is responsible for executing
critical marketing operations for the Individual & Family Plan
(IFP) business, including budget forecasting, tracking, and
reporting, operational activities, and cross functional projects
that are critical to achieving business/team goals. This is a
unique cross section of relationship building and analytical
skills. The ideal candidate will be results-driven and analytical,
with a high comfort level working in a rapidly changing, growing
business.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Liaise and partner with multiple business areas to update
performance based KPIs for monthly business reviews
- Work with legal marketing point on making sure all marketing
materials are going through the proper legal review process
- Assist with all aspects of monthly/quarterly/annual budgeting
activities and analysis, working closely with the director to
manage timelines
- Maintain a monthly budget tracker, including assessment of
monthly variances actual-to-forecast and participate in monthly
budget meetings
- Engage in on-going communication and field questions with
marketing owners related to spend/forecast, planning, and data
needs as it relates to budgeting
- Assist marketing channel owners in the analysis and reporting
of campaign performance data tied to marketing expenses
- Assist in monthly reporting to senior management and
leadership
- Assist with invoice processing, vendor setup in the system and
trouble shooting
- Ensure financial accuracy and data integrity across all
projects
- Assist in facilitating the delivery of other cross-functional
special projects in a matrix organizationWhat are the reasons to

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or 3-4 years' related experience
- 3+ years' experience working in Marketing/Advertising,
Operations, and/or Finance
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency level with MS Office Suite
(Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
- Experience working within a matrixed organization
- 2-3 years' experience working in a cross-functional role
collaborating with other teams
- 1 year experience working with budget tracking and reporting
with accuracy
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this

with the ability to cross technical and non-technical
stakeholders
- Experience in fast-paced, complex project management, and an

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range
for Colorado residents is $66,100 to $118,300. The salary range for
Connecticut / Nevada residents is $72,800 to $129,900. Pay is based
on several factors including but not limited to education, work
experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary,
