might be right for you POSITION OVERVIEW The Product Analyst is
responsible for translating the high-level product vision and
roadmap into the detailed stories necessary to realize that vision
and engaging with customers to gather feedback and ensure that
their needs are being met. This will enable the clinical
development team, of which the Product Analyst is an embedded
member, to create advanced user-driven and automated applications
that provide medical image analysis, visualizations, and workflow
enhancement. These applications help medical personnel be more
efficient and accurate in patient diagnosis and treatment.
RESPONSIBILITIES Serves as a source of subject matter expertise and
product feature guidance by being connected to and drawing from
subject matter experts and by own research, knowledge, intuition
and creativity. Defines and prioritizes detailed requirements for
the product development team aligned with product management---s
overall vision and priorities. Assists with product design;
represents the customer perspective; conducts customer feedback
gathering sessions at various stages of product development.
Cultivates relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Reviews and validates the team deliverables (independently or with
customers as appropriate) to ensure products and documentation
actually meet user needs. Demos and presents to various audiences
to collect feedback, educate, or transfer knowledge. REQUIRED
EDUCATION AND SKILLS Bachelor---s degree or equivalent work
experience. Product owner certification is preferred. 5 years of
experience in working in healthcare, healthcare IT or medical
imaging industry. 2 years of experience working with software or
product development teams Knowledge of diagnostic imaging
workflows, scanners, PACS, medical imaging postprocessing, and
various radiology and health information systems. Outstanding
written, verbal, demoing, and presentation communication skills.
Good design insight, creativity, logical reasoning, attention to
detail, and analytical skills. Skilled and efficient in
productivity tools; skilled at running meetings efficiently. Able
to handle quickly evolving, high pressure, or urgent situations
with tact and calmness and has good multi-tasking skills. JOB

comprehensible reports, devises improvements or corrections to

communicates decisions to others. Product Knowledge - Knows and
explains product features/benefits, understands/sells the full
product line, understands customer's business operations and needs,
understands/responds to the competition, applies market knowledge.
