Insights Senior Consultant to join our team. This position will
contribute to our Strategic Insights team, which has an
increasingly important leadership role in driving growth for
UnitedHealthcare and enabling our mission to help people to live
healthier lives. -This critical role will report to the Senior
Director, Brand Insights & Analytics, and manage consumer insights
and analytics projects that inform brand strategy, guide brand
plans, inspire impactful advertising, measure campaign performance
across a modern media mix and track brand competitive
performance.You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from
anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough
challenges.Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage Insights projects that help set brand strategy for
UnitedHealthcare
- Lead communication/advertising development research projects
that inspire creative development, assess overall potential, and
recommend optimizations before production
- Lead brand, advertising and media in-market performance
tracking programs for the UnitedHealthcare brand team
- Synthesize brand campaign performance and impact data across
multiple sources to help drive overall understanding of campaign
performance and to recommend creative and media optimizations in
future campaigns
- Support other brand, advertising and communications projects
for different UnitedHealthcare business lines
- Help assess competitive brand, creative and spend trends via
syndicated tools (Ace Metrix, Kantar Media, Numerator, Morning
Consult)
- Support in planning and facilitating brand and competitor
marketing workshops
- Help identify new and improve existing brand and advertising
research and analytics tools
- Collaborate effectively with advertising, media, research, and
analytics agenciesYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your

in.Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising,
Psychology, Business, Public Relations or a related field; OR
equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience with brand, advertising, and media
- 5+ years of Primary Market Research/Insight experience within a
matrix organization
- 2+ years of working collaboratively across business lines,
functions, and seniority levels
- Advanced project management skills with exceptional attention
to detail
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite; Word, Excel, Outlook and
PowerPointPreferred Qualifcations:
- Master's Degree in Marketing Research or business-related
field
- 4+ years of analytics experience and data sets
- Facilitation experience
- Agency experience; Market Research or Brand
- Previous Healthcare industry experience
- Identify key insights from research and communicate effectively
to go from insights to actions/business implications
- Critical thinker and problem solving would be practiced
daily
- Turning data into insights and turning insights into a broader
story
- Solid communicator comfortable sharing insights with senior
leaders across the organization
- Exhibiting excellent organizational skills with a focus on
accuracy and attention to detail

Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $97,300 to
$176,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is
$97,300 to $176,900. Pay is based on several factors including but
not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In
