Make yourself at home with us and start doing your life's best work.(sm)This role is responsible for designing and developing growth reports & templates, managing growth reporting systems & infrastructure, performing qualitative & quantitative analysis to monitor & trend performance of critical indicators, and building resources & tools that power growth leaders with insight to manage the business. This leader will draw upon generalist growth knowledge base, detail orientation, project management aptitude, analysis skills and communication strengths to develop and manage infrastructure tools and governance processes that ensure the optimization of our growth performance & drive leader accountability. This leader will also leverage their process improvement skills and user-mindset to streamline reporting, processes, and resources to support leaders in leveraging insights & working effectively. Position has visibility to and will collaborate with leaders across C&S, assessing customer needs and requirements, as well as proactively identify opportunities and solutions to non-standard requests and problems, drive insights and recommendations. This leader must be self-directed and creative to address interesting and complex issues that can impact critical business priorities.You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Enhance the fidelity, usability, and value of key growth reporting infrastructure / systems:
    • Develop new and/or maintain C&S Growth's critical standard performance dashboards and/or systems that power efficient & insightful self-service reporting around growth opportunities and performance tailored to audience needs
    • Identify & execute on improvements to system business requirements, infrastructure, & user processes in alignment to organization and growth strategies as well as user pain points
    • Develop governance processes & controls that ensure data input and output accuracy & comprehensiveness, timeliness, and enhanced user utilization and satisfaction
    • Develop user support resources, including data dictionary and training resources
    • Influence accountability and user utilization via developing targeted use cases and performing regular and ad hoc analyses to determine data quality/fidelity risks & best practice use cases
    • Serves as a key resource for others, providing explanations and information on user issues
    • Design & develop critical growth performance reporting to enable objective data insights & escalate risks that are utilized for decision making
      • Develop automated dashboards & reports based on system infrastructure to support organizational planning & evaluation of impact of growth strategies as well as address reporting inefficiencies / redundancies
      • Develop, optimize, maintain, & communicate core standard growth reporting suite, tailored to audience needs
      • Gather and document critical data inputs via combination of independent research and coordination with core partners -
      • Perform critical standard analyses around priority National KPIs
      • Monitor key performance metrics & escalate risks via analysis and strategic enhancements to templates/format to easily deliver and communicate insights to audiences as well as provide explanations for reporting results
      • Consolidate and synthesize analyses and trends to power regional and national standard views around core growth KPIs
      • Research and partner with stakeholders around identifying new data sources to objectively drive additional insight around growth opportunities and performance
      • Develop templates and processes for new standard, priority reporting templates
      • Serves as a key resource for others, providing explanations and information on user issues
      • Identify, create, implement process improvements and governance efficiencies of critical business reporting/operations processes
        • Proactively identify opportunities via reporting insights & user feedback to enhance critical business operating processes in C&S Growth (e.g., Salesforce, Budget), developing governance processes, controls, & resources to ensure standard, nimble operations in partnership with leaders
        • Analyze critical growth reporting processes to design, implement, & manage resources and process controls to maximize business efficiencies
        • Govern and project manage critical governance processes for growth reporting and/or operating systems (e.g., pipeline)
        • Project manage the regular development and iterative improvements to critical standard growth reports You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:
          • Undergraduate degree in MIS, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Business or equivalent experience
          • 4+ years of experience performing significant data analysis and report development
          • Experience working on multiple projects concurrently; demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize deliverables in highly virtual and matrixed environment; Excels at working independently in fast paced, ambiguous environment
          • Experience with PC-based software programs and report development (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio)
          • Experience with the following: Salesforce, CSP Facets, HP Console, SMARTwarehouse, Orbit
          • Generalist C&S growth knowledge and organizational awareness
          • Analytic expertise with core Excel capabilities - e.g., pivot tables, bar graphs, trending, etc.

            • 3+ years of UHG enterprise experience
            • Experience with any of the following: Impact CSP Facets, COSMOS, NDB, NDAR
            • Experience in analysis of business process and workflow and providing an evaluation, benchmark and/or process improvement recommendations
            • Solid data visualization and data analytic skill sets - Macros, tableau, v-lookups, etc.
            • Critical thinker and problem solver in highly ambiguous space, able to proactively advance work independently, understanding business goals, strategies, and needs to identify solutions
            • Develop and implement effective and strategic analytical solutions to enable data driven decisions
            • Solid problem-solving ability and detail orientation
            • Proven ability to collect and analyze data, research conflicting and/or inaccurate data, and raise visibility to progress and identify new opportunities for the business
            • Demonstrated ability to effectively gather requirements, probe for deeper understanding, and translate technical concepts to non-technical as well as technical senior stakeholders -

The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $72,800 to $129,900.
