Fenix Group SPC is seeking to hire a full-time Production Associate to help us read order tickets & mix batches of paint and coatings products or fill containers of finished coatings products.

A Day in the Life of a Production AssociateYou'll spend your day either:

• Producing batches of paint and coatings products by reading order tickets, locating raw materials, and operating mixing equipment while meeting company standards for quality OR
• Filling 1-gallon, 5-gallon, & 55-gallon containers and drums with finished goods. This process includes reviewing the order ticket on an electronic scanner device to determine the container size, fill amount, and type of filter to use, attaching the correct pump or hose, plus filling and palletizing the containers.
  What You Will Need to be Successful at Fenix Group SPC
  • To be able to move and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • The ability to read and execute proper measurement of product or raw material quantities
  • The ability to effectively read and follow a work ticket/instructions
  • Previous production or manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Previous experience checking quality of a finished product is a plus
  • A passionate and positive can do attitude and willingness to learn. We train our Production Associates onsite on our processes and procedures.
    Work ScheduleThis is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Thursday 2:30pm-1:00am with a half hour dinner, plus two paid breaks daily.
