Job Description:

Essential Functions (Responsibilities):These duties and responsibilities are not exhaustive and will be supplemented as necessary.1. Observes all Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures, including participation in EHSmeetings, investigations, and audits.2. Assists and leads maintenance and engineering teams with Troubleshooting of complex PLC (ProgrammableLogic Control) systems.3. Installs, calibrates and repairs sensors and feedback equipment (photoeyes, encoders, various temperature, pH,conductivity, explosive environment, pressure and flow measurement devices).4. Program and setup motor control devices including variable frequency drives.5. Install, calibrate and repair mechanical control devices such as valve actuators.6. Assists and leads maintenance and engineering teams with troubleshooting and repair of robotic systems andautomated packaging machines.7. Evaluates processes such as applicable preventative maintenance and job plans and makes recommendationsfor improvements.8. Be an active team player and contributor, share knowledge, absorb knowledge from others including constructivefeedback.9. Provide excellent customer service to internal customers and manufacturing teams.10. Other duties as assigned including occasional on-call duty.
