for the system administration of our audit and project management
tool. This tool is used to manage the companys external audit
engagements, including the UHG financial statement audit, as well
as the financial statement audits of 100+ separate companies within
the UHG legal entity structure. In addition, this tool is used to
project manage various recurring internal projects.This role is
perfect for a good problem solver, someone who likes to use data
and facts to identify and solve a range of problems. A successful
candidate will need to understand complex end-to-end processes and
be flexible when the process changes. Good relationship building
skills are necessary, as they will work with others from across the
enterprise to investigate non-standard requests and problems.The
ideal candidate will bring to the position solid upward
communication, critical thinking, customer service, attention to
detail, and the ability to organize and balance multiple work
streams while delivering accurate and quality results. This
candidate will also be able to work collaboratively with teams
across the enterprise to support an end-user community of 1,100+
users, including external audit firms.Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform system set up for quarterly and annual work
- Monitor quality reports to identify, follow up and resolve data
integrity issues
- Support users with troubleshooting tips, general tool questions
& help when using the tool
- Maintain and publish several operational reports; design and
create new reports as needed
- Interpret and understand system design to ensure business
requirements are met
- Research, organize, and develop innovative approaches to
problems and opportunities
- Contribute to team discussions around creating, executing, and
improving business processes
- Monitor planned dates and meet individual deliverables as well
as support other team members to ensure team success
- Appropriately escalate issues to management for support and/or
guidance
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing
- Anticipate customer needs and proactively develop solutions to
meet them
- Other project coordination and/or administrative duties as

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years experience business process or
project work
- Customer Service experience
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word,
SharePoint, and Outlook
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this

- Advanced Excel skills including Vlookup, Xlookup, Exact Match,
Pivot Tables, and If/Then Statements
