Business Process Automation Consultant supports the ongoing digital
transformation and modernization of internal audit and risk
management consulting activity and is integral to our goals to
increase efficiency and reduce administrative work for auditors and
business partners. Beyond implementation, ongoing maintenance,
iteration, and continuous improvement of our tools and technology
solutions is essential to the success of this position. Primary
Responsibilities:
- Support ideation, requirements gathering, and user story
drafting for various Internal Audit Robotics and Process Automation
(RPA) and Tech Enablement workstreams with an agile approach;
coordinating with DA staff and RPA developers
- Influence and partner with Audit Managers on solving problems
and achieving efficiency though automation and technology
enablement
- Be the Product/Capability Manager for Internal Audit's Audit
Management software, drive continuous iteration and development of
our application (and other auxiliary applications) against
established capability roadmaps
- Support program operations and partner with Internal Audit's
Data Analytic and RPA development resources on various data driven
Key Risk Indicators (KRI) and Continuous Audit engagements
- Support execution of special projects as directed by Internal
Audit leadership
- Reports to Director of Internal Audit Data Analytics and
Digital Transformation You'll be rewarded and recognized for your

in.Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,
Business, or related discipline
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, or Reporting
Analyst, facilitating and documenting requirements for automation
and RPA projects
- Experience with RPA or automation implementations (i.e., UI
Path / Alteryx)
- Experience in the SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Experience in the business application of Data
AnalyticsPreferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant business experience including some audit,
internal control, or risk management experience
- 2+ years of experience in report writing and/or utilizing BI
visualization tools such as DOMO, Tableau, or MS Power BI
- Working knowledge of Internal Audit and Governance Risk &
Compliance (GRC) software applications
- Healthcare Industry or Public Accounting experience
- Solid interpersonal and analytical skills while working
effectively with a team
- Solid oral and written communication skillsCareers with
