Responsibilities):
A Service Technician is responsible for safely trouble shooting,
servicing, and maintaining equipment for customers during M360
Services. M360 services include CNC machine sump cleaning, large
storage tank cleaning, fluid filtration, fluid dehydration,
industrial cleaning, and dry ice cleaning. They are direct customer
facing and provide excellent customer service to build and maintain
relationships with customers. The different jobs will require the
knowledge to use unique equipment and internally development
methods. An essential part of the job is keeping and maintaining
M360 equipment and performing regular maintenance.
Work within a team
Interact with the customer to ensure scope of work is understood
and can be performed in a timely manner.
Operate filtration equipment, dehydrators, sump sharks, and hand
tools.
Measure, monitor, and record fluid data through digital entry
system.
Understand a scope of work and determine best path to success.
