Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Data Analyst, Lead for a contract to hire position in Minnetonka, MN.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Data Analysis analyzing and interpreting data to help businesses make informed decisions
Data Modeling & Design Creating blueprints for data management, defining how data is stored, accessed, and integrated.
Database Management Designing and optimizing databases (SQL, NoSQL, Cloud storage) for performance and security.
Data Integration Ensuring smooth data flow between systems and applications using ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
Cloud Technologies Working with AWS, Azure, Snowflake
Collaboration with IT & Business Teams Working closely with Data Engineers, Analysts, and Business Leaders to align data strategy with business goals.


Preferred:Cloud: Snowflake, Azure: 1-2 cloud integrations experience is a must
Data Modelling tools: ERWIN
Databases: Oracle
Proficient in SQL analysis
