most successful selling to the executive and procurement level. We
develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve aggressive
yet achievable goals. To bring new opportunities to CWT, this role
requires handling all phases of the sales process including
effective lead qualification, strategy, proposal/RFP responses and
contracting.We are hiring aSales Directorto bring insight to our
buyers in the North American market. We are looking for a dynamic,
strategic, and creative thinker to drive the growth of our
transient business identifying opportunities while using a
consultative sales approach and developing customized solutions for
our clients. The ideal candidate will leverage existing
opportunities and more importantly net new prospects to establish
new opportunities and work to secure the business through the
deployment and management of the strategic bid development and
support of the sales process.
- Manage the sales process; develop the strategy to win;
coordinate CWT bid response with a multi-disciplinary team.
- Cultivate prospective client relationships over time; identify
and qualify prospects; apply knowledge to strategic value
proposition development.
- Manage large volumes of information effectively via the CRM
Customer Relationship Management tool.
- Comfortable selling in various industry verticals and in
multi-national/multi-cultural environment.
- Able to develop global value propositions for prospects.
- Apply the principles of Client Centricity across all
disciplines including strategy development, managing through the
sales engagement process, collaborating and aligning with all
internal CWT stakeholders in securing new business
- Keen ability to challenge the status quo- and interface with
buyers in a way that includes professional, appropriate push back
to differentiate CWT and share insights with a buyer
- Team player, respects colleagues and co- workers as key
important stake holders in creating individual success
- The face of CWT in the marketplace- drives a market presence
and participates in activities that increase awareness of the CWT
brand
- Work as part of a virtual North American
teamLi-RemoteExperience & education:
- Education/Experience o Education: Bachelors degree in any field
o Experience: Proven track record in a similar capacity
- Language, Communication and Presentation Skills o Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills o Strong negotiation and
problem-solving skills o Demonstrated business acumen; able to link
value proposition o Highly developed presentation skills and proven
ability to story selling e.g. create an emotional connection with
the audience
- Computer Skills o PC Literacy Word, Excel, PowerPoint, o Oracle
CRM is a plus
- Business Skills o Results-driven, with energy, commitment, and
a strong drive to succeed o Self-motivated with demonstrated
business acumen o Strong financial acumen o Creative in developing
solutions
- Other Requirements o Able to work across different cultures and
time differences o Travel will be required as
