Job Description:
Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a dynamic Player
Development Manager to join our management team. In this pivotal
role, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with
premium players and enhancing their overall experience at our
destination resort. This position demands an innovative leader who
can strategically manage and grow our customer loyalty programs
while ensuring top-tier entertainment and gaming satisfaction for
our guests. Develop and maintain relationships with high-value
clients to ensure a personalized guest experience that aligns with
our luxury brand standards. Strategize and execute player
development programs that attract and retain premium players.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and potential
opportunities for business growth. Work collaboratively with
marketing, hospitality, and sales teams to integrate promotions and
events that maximize customer attendance and satisfaction. Prepare
detailed reports on player behavior and program success, adjusting
strategies as necessary to meet financial targets. Train and
supervise a team of player development staff to ensure they provide
excellent service and adhere to regulatory and company standards.
Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent
interpersonal and communication abilities Proficient in customer
relationship management (CRM) software Ability to analyze data and
prepare strategic reports Experienced in conflict resolution and
customer service excellence Certified Hospitality Department
Trainer (CHDT) preferred Any relevant gaming industry
certifications
