Keep reading below Qualifications and Experience Minimum of 1 - 3 years sales experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Highly attentive to detail, ensuring seamless follow-up and successful closure. Excellent communication, with the ability to interact with customers effectively. Ability to work required Saturdays (store is closed Sundays). Valid driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record. Duties and Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, or via email/chat. Understand customer needs and recommend products or services accordingly. Process sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges. Maintain knowledge of company products, promotions, and policies. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
