Continuous Improvement Manager – Project Management is responsible
for optimizing the cross-functional project management process
while also leading and executing continuous improvement and
sustaining initiatives. This dual role ensures that both individual
projects and the broader project management framework drive
operational excellence, efficiency, and strategic alignment across
the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES Project Management Process
Ownership Cross-Functional Projects Own and continuously improve
project management framework, including process design,
documentation, implementation, and governance. Define and
communicate the vision, objectives, and KPIs for project management
processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Monitor
process health, report performance against KPIs, and synchronize
improvement plans with other process owners. Develop and maintain
project prioritization frameworks, resource management tools, and
risk management protocols.[AL1] Collaborate with stakeholders to
ensure. seamless integration of project management practices across
departments and functions. New Product Development (NPD) Program
Partnership Partner with Research and Development Program
Management to: Learn, apply, and maintain consistent best practices
across NPD and cross-functional projects Establish visibility and
metrics around cross-organizational pressure points driven by
resource constraints and change fatigue, enabling leaders to
dynamically adjust priorities, delivery cadence, and interventions
to sustain performance and employee morale. Continuous Improvement
Project Leadership Lead cross-functional teams to identify,
prioritize, and implement process improvement initiatives that
align with company strategy, supporting departments across the
organization. Facilitate ideation sessions, collect and synthesize
improvement opportunities, and drive action plans for measurable
results. Apply continuous improvement methodologies to optimize
workflows, reduce waste, and enhance quality. Monitor and report on
the effectiveness of improvement projects, adjusting strategies as
needed. Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and ownership
within project teams. Strategic & Operational Alignment Provide
training, mentoring, and guidance to project managers and teams on
best practices and continuous improvement tools. Communicate
effectively with senior leadership, project sponsors, and
stakeholders to drive buy-in and transparency. REQUIREMENTS
Education Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or related
field; advanced degree preferred Experience Proven experience
(3-5yrs) in project management and continuous improvement, ideally
in a process owner or leadership role Commercial experience in
healthcare industry preferred. Certification Lean Six Sigma
preferred Skills Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving
skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple
projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, stakeholder
management, and change leadership abilities. Proficiency with
project management and process improvement tools. Experience with
AI and automation implementation Impact & Growth This role is
