– 2:00 PM PM: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM NOC: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Pay Rates:
RN: $34.00 AM | $34.50 PM | $35.00 NOC LPN: $25.00 AM | $25.50 PM |

excellence. What You'll Do: Deliver direct nursing care according
to care plans and physician orders Administer medications and
treatments safely Monitor and document resident conditions
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team
Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary staff Ensure compliance
with facility policies and state regulations What We're Looking
For: Active RN or LPN license (required) Long-term care experience
preferred, but not required Strong communication, teamwork, and
organizational skills Compassionate, dependable, and
