Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1 years
School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet
these qualifications will not be considered. A licensed School
Social Worker opportunity is available for a contracted 0.9 FTE
position in Eden Prairie, MN, to provide essential support for
approximately five weeks covering an employees FMLA leave. This
role focuses on delivering direct and indirect social work services
to students facing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges
that may impact their academic success. Responsibilities include: -
Delivering comprehensive social work services tailored to students
individual needs - Assisting students in overcoming barriers that
hinder academic achievement - Handling special education due
process duties, including serving as an administrative designee on
IEP teams - Facilitating meetings, maintaining accurate
documentation, and completing all required due process paperwork -
Collaborating effectively with school staff, families, and
administrators to promote positive student outcomes Qualifications
and Experience: - Bachelors degree in education or a closely
related field - Valid Minnesota Department of Education (MDE)
license as a School Social Worker - Prior experience working within
school settings is preferred Location and Schedule: - Onsite
assignment in Eden Prairie, MN - Contract period from April 6,
2026, to May 8, 2026 - Approximately 0.9 FTE schedule This
