will serve as the primary ambassador for our car wash company
within a designated region. The primary focus of this role is to
actively seek out and establish new client partnerships, while
maintaining and nurturing existing business relationships.
Reporting to the Membership Director, the Club Ambassador will be
responsible for driving regional sales growth through direct
outreach, networking, and providing exceptional service to current
partners. This role will require frequent travel to visit clients,
attend meetings, and ensure the car wash company’s services are
well-represented in the community. Responsibilities/Duties Identify
and target new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling,
and building a pipeline of potential clients across the designated
region. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with
current clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction. Serve
as the face of the car wash company in the field, promoting our
services and brand in a professional, engaging manner. Work closely
with the Membership Director to meet sales targets and implement
strategies to grow the client base and expand partnerships. Present
and sell car wash memberships and services to local businesses,
commercial fleets, and other potential partners, aligning with
customer needs and company offerings. Actively follow up on sales
leads, providing regular updates and maintaining records of
interactions and progress. Develop tailored sales pitches and
presentations to suit the unique needs of each prospect, ensuring
high conversion rates. Ensure the implementation of service
agreements and facilitate smooth onboarding for new clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of
new partnerships, coordinating with other departments to resolve
issues as they arise. Attend industry events, conferences, and
networking functions to expand the company’s presence and foster
relationships. Provide regular reports and updates on regional
sales performance, forecasting, and business development activities
to the Membership Director. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other
Characteristics Exceptional verbal and written communication
skills, with the ability to effectively present to clients and
build rapport. Strong networking and relationship-building skills,
with a proven track record of successful partnerships. Ability to
handle objections and negotiate effectively to close sales. Highly
self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work
independently while managing multiple accounts. Proficiency in CRM
software and other sales tools to track leads and manage client
relationships. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to
prioritize tasks and manage time effectively while traveling
frequently. Comfortable with cold calling, face-to-face meetings,
and representing the company at all times. A passion for customer
service and an understanding of the importance of maintaining
high-quality relationships. Ability to travel frequently within the
designated region and adapt to various environments and customer
needs. Work Environment and Conditions Physical requirements:
Ability to sit, stand, and move for prolonged periods, and the
ability to lift up to 20 pounds. Work Conditions: Frequent travel
within the region, requiring time on the road and in client
meetings. The role may involve some outdoor work when representing
the company at events or on-site visits. Must have valid drivers
